You earn more when you are able to sponsor a new partner who comes into your organization with a higher package than when they partner with a lesser package. Your level of entry also determines how much you are paid on the package the new partner is registering with, the bigger your personal membership with the company, the more you stand to earn on FAST START for sponsoring other partners.

There is an opportunity for you to upgrade your membership from a lower package to a higher one. However, upgrading your membership is completely optional and dependent on your personal preference. You can upgrade from one package to another at any time you wish, its however not advisable to choose a lower package than the one you are currently on, but depending on the circumstance, that could also be possible.
